We have an excellent opportunity for Customer Service Supervisor / Customer Experience Lead to join a global luxury automotive manufacturer, selling an award-winning range of premium cars.

Customer Service Supervisor / Customer Experience Lead’s Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide a professional and customer centric experience for their clientele. You will be the face of the brand and ensure current and potential customers know about the Brand difference, ensuring that you present their product and services, including the technology, features and benefits to ensure a unique sales experience.

You will be passionate about cars and take pride in working for an exciting premium luxury automotive brand.

Customer Service Supervisor / Customer Experience Lead’s Core Duties

  • Effectively manage the customer experience through explanation of the business
  • Be a brand and product expert
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers
  • Maintain regular contact with all assigned customers, ensuring they are completely satisfied with their products, services and experience.
  • Ensure timely and effective internal communications with all stakeholders
  • Manage current and potential customers and ensure they understand the uniqueness of the brand

Customer Service Supervisor / Customer Experience Lead’s Key Skills

  • Be a customer centric professional with excellent communications; preferably from a premium luxury retail background.
  • Automotive experience is desirable.
  • Be dedicated with a passion for excellent customer service and driven to succeed.
  • Be able to build strong and effective relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Have the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and prioritise effectively
  • Have knowledge, experience and be effective in the use of CRM database systems
  • Be able to work in a team
  • Act and work with integrity at all times
